Charmaine Collins

Charmaine is a qualified, accredited mediator with an extensive background in banking, finance, agribusiness, leadership, and strategy. Her career spans decades of experience in complex commercial environments, giving her a grounded and pragmatic understanding of the challenges individuals and businesses face.

She is known for her warm, supportive approach and her ability to bring calm, confidence, and clarity to difficult situations. With strong commercial acumen and a genuine care for people, she blends human understanding with strategic insight — creating balanced, future-focused outcomes.
